Wedding Daze!

Bryan and Celeste were married on July 30th!  The wedding reception and ceremony and luncheon were all just perfect!

11 Years and Counting

Ben and Laura celebrate 11 years of blissful marriage today!
Stats:
3.8 children (baby due in Aug)
owned 2 cats
lived in 4 places- basement apt, kennington, grandma's house and their current home
Ben has bought 10 pair of expensive sunglasses  (notice his head)
Laura buys her sunglasses from the dollar store!

The Magic Playground

Last summer my brother was going to throw away a swing set!  Well, being a scavenger, I asked him if I could have it... he said sure, it is all yours. So, this summer, Bryan is building me a playground in the back yard.  It has been fun to see it come together.  Bryan is doing a great job.

First step was trying to figure out how it goes together.

I will post some pictures when we get it done.   It has been fun to help Bryan put this together.  Of course, he does most of the work and I just hold boards!

Family Luau

Years ago, 30 to be exact, a beautiful baby girl was born.  She had black hair and was as cute as a button!  Since then, she has been a delight and joy to us. 
So, we had to have a grand party for her 30th birthday.  We decided to have a Luau. 
The best part was how everything came together: Bryan and Celeste said they would make fruit drinks, Laura said she would help with dinner, Tana said she would bring fun people, Kaelynn said she would decorate, David said he would pay up and show up!  The final added touch was a surprise find from Celeste. She found leis, sarongs, and garland and it just gave our Luau the final touch it needed!  Thanks everyone.
